The Leadership Fellows Program (formerly the Ambassador Program) is an intergeneration, six month service, growth and learning experience for women of color and gender expansive people of color in the midst of growing, shifting, dreaming, expanding, or transitioning in their life or career.

HER WAY BUSINESS BUILDER
Ready to make some boss moves? This 9-week course is specifically designed for women of color launching and growing their small business ventures.
In this course, participants will define their product or service, establish pricing, structure their business, set sales goals, and develop an actionable one-page business plan in this interactive business planning course.

WOC WEALTH BUILDERS
You’re making more money than your parents ever did. You are the first one in your family to own a home. You’re thriving professionally but still loaning money to family members who have a very different financial life than you.
WoC Wealth Builders is a first-of-its-kind financial literacy program targeted towards women of color (WOC) who identify as “first generation wealth builders.” WOC participate in a three-day retreat, trauma-informed financial literacy education, 1:1 meetings with a culturally competent financial planner, and a 9 month facilitated cohort experience.

The Women of Color Community Lending Library is an interactive mobile library that features a collection of books written by women of color authors, academics, activists, and artists.

BLACK FEMINIST NIGHT SCHOOL
Vibes. Wine. Real talk. Black Feminism.
Zora’s House partners with our Scholar-in-Residence, Treva B. Lindsey, PhD, to bring you Black Feminist Night School. We use Black feminism ethos as a lens to process and navigate various topics centering the experiences of women of color with a critical yet hopeful eye towards what’s possible.
This program is for women of color and allies who hear the phrase “Black feminist ethos” and get a warm and fuzzy feeling, as well as for those who hear this and feel confused, yet remain curious.
